Warranty and Return

Winnovo provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. You will have 30 days Money-back guarantee for Any reason.

However, the item must be in undamaged, in this case you can get the full refund within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Winnovo’s warehouse for inspection, then the refund process will begin.


The returned item, must be in all accessories, undamaged original packaging. For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and Winnovo will refund the cost of the product itself.


Winnovo may reject your request if the product doesn’t meet the conditions. If you didn’t make the order in Winnovo website and occasionally have a request for a refund, please go to contact with the retailers.


If the item has quality issue and it’s been more than 30 days, you still have a chance to get the item repaired. You can send it back to Winnovo’s warehouse in your cost, and then we will inspect and repair it free. However, if the item has been claimed in bad repair or maintenance can be expensive, we will notify you in the email and send you a new item.  


If you bought the item in other retailers, you want to have the item repaired in our website, you may need to give us a proof or any evidence, such as sales invoice, order number, dated sales receipt from Winnovo’s authorized resellers. And you need to take responsibility to the shipping cost to have the repair.

 

Not including under warranty: Products without sufficient proof of purchase; lost or stolen products; items with their warranty period expire; No-quality issue and up to 30 days of purchase; free products; repaired by third-part; misuse of the product;


Note:

Please note more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 180 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 180-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

 

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:


1, Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect

2, Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase

3, Buyer’s accidental returns

4, Returning personal items

5, Returning items claimed to have defects but found by Winnovo quality control to be in working condition

6, Returning defective items in international shipping

7, Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)


Not Covered Under Warranty:


1, Products without sufficient proof of purchase

2, Lost or stolen products

3, Items that have expired their warranty period

4, Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

5, Free products

6, Repairs through 3rd parties

7, Damage from outside sources

8, Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

9, Purchases from unauthorized resellers


Winnovo is not liable for:


10, Loss of data incurred from use of Winnovo products
11, Returning personal items sent to Winnovo


When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by Winnovo, Winnovo takes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Winnovo does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
